Yunani Abiyoso, S.H., M.H. has wide and varied experience in the field of law reform. He had been involved in the legislative process when he served as an expert in the House of Representatives for several years.
Currently, he is active in the judicial reform process by joining the Supreme Court Judicial Reform Team, where he actively supports reforms in various aspects: Access to Justice, change management, case management, governance, business process re-engineering, and policy development.
He also provides consultancy for several agencies both national and international such as the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Regional Representative Council, Asia Foundation, and the AusAID.
Abi started his career as a legal researcher. He has worked in various organizations and is currently active as a researcher at the Center for the Study of Constitutional Law, Faculty of Law, the University of Indonesia, where he also served as a Junior Lecturer. He holds a law degree and master of law from the University of Indonesia, specializing in constitutional law.
